HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THE ALPHONSE LUISIER AWARD?
Students from Colégio das Caldinhas have the opportunity to participate in Bgreen through a category of their own. This award was given the name Alphonse Luisier in honour of a Jesuit priest who was a botanist and a professor in love with nature.
The students who integrate the different schools of Colégio das Caldinhas may compete
individually or in groups (up to 4 elements) and must be in their secondary studies or equivalent.
The winning team will have the opportunity to discover the island of S. Miguel in the Azores
and enjoy a wonderful EcoAdventure trip!

It is Bgreen’s intention to create awareness regarding the importance of Man’s action in nature and its positive or negative impact. “What goes around comes around” aims at, on the one hand, highlight Man’s negative behavior in the management of natural resources and the relationship with the Planet, but, on the other hand, also bring hope associated with the adoption of positive and innovative behaviors that may prove to be solutions for the ecological challenges we face nowadays.
